Mr. Raičević is Senior Energy Efficiency Expert and Implementation Data Analyst at the Energy Community Secretariat, where he is supporting Energy Community Contracting Parties (six Western Balkan countries, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) in implementing EU energy efficiency policies and legislation, and enhancing regional cooperation in the framework of the Energy Efficiency Coordination Group and beyond. Mr. Raičević has over 15 years of work and research experience in the field of sustainable energy and previously worked as Energy Efficiency Advisor for the Government of Montenegro. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Master’s Degree in International Business Management.
