Since 2007, she has been working in the Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning and participated in the realization of projects in cooperation with UNDP KARST, RENA TAIEKS DELTER, GIZ, EBRD, World Bank. Since 2013 also head of the Department for Energy Efficiency of the Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning. Katica participated in GIZ project Consultations for energy efficiency, PRO RE, USAID project, EBRD REEP REEP PLUS and CARITAS. She was the focal point for the project financed by the World Bank loan “Energy Efficiency in Bosnia and Herzegovina” (BEEP) and participated in the development of the regulatory framework for energy efficiency in the Federation of BiH where she worked on the development of action plans for energy efficiency. Currently, as the coordinator of the Executive Team, Katica is working on the development of the Strategy for the long-term renovation of buildings in the Federation BiH for the period until 2050. Katica participated in the realization of educational and promotional activities in the field of energy efficiency such as RENEXPO, Energy Summit, Low Carbon Development of Sarajevo Canton, SAGRA, SFERA, ENERGA, ZEPS, CEI international conference “Energy Efficiency in Buildings – for a Better Tomorrow” ZAGREB, CROATIA and many others. Katica is also a member of the Coordination Working Group for Energy Efficiency at the Secretariat of the Energy Community, based in Vienna.
