Since July 2021, Mrs. Dibra has been working as the National Adaptation Plan Project Manager for UNDP, Albania, supporting the Government of Albania to increase its capacity to address the country’s climate change vulnerabilities.
Mrs. Dibra has more than 4 years’ experience as a Director in the Ministry of Energy and Industry, focusing on developing legislation and policies related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, and fuel quality. She has been a member of the ECS Environmental Task Force and TWG on Climate Change. During 2020-2021, she coordinated the TWG for the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan in Albania.
Over a span of 15 years, Mrs. Dibra has worked in the Ministry of Environment, contributing to the development of policies and strategies addressing air quality, climate change, and chemicals. She has served as the National Focal Point for CLRTAP( Long Range Transboundary Air Pollution ), Montreal Protocol and UNFCCC (United Nation Framework Climate Change Convention)
