Milica Knezevic is an Energy Expert based in Montenegro. During her over a decade long career she was working for KfW and Energy and Water Regulatory Agency of Montenegro (REGAGEN), continuously identifying needs and contributing to the development of the energy sector. Among other energy related infrastructure projects, Milica was coordinating two phases of Energy Efficiency Program in Public Buildings in Montenegro. Knezevic has been engaged in adjusting regulatory-legal framework of energy sector, enabling transposition of EU energy package and contribution to achievement of long-term development goals including incentives for both, power utilities and end users.

Her last position was Executive director of REGAGEN and Chairwoman of Electricity Working group of regulators from Energy Community Contracting Parties (WB6, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine).
