Raduska is an environmental economist with almost 20 years of expertise in management of natural resources. She possesses an extensive knowledge of environmental protection and use of the natural environment, mainly energy resources. Her expertise is in development of financial mechanisms to support sustainable development and use of economic instruments to boost implementation of environment and energy policies. Raduska holds a post of UNDP Energy and Environment Sector Leader in Bosnia and Herzegovina focusing on activities geared towards supporting local partners in the areas of climate change mitigation and adaptation and sustainable management of natural resources.
