Elvis Hadzikadic, an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, possesses extensive knowledge and experience of over 15 years, primarily in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy within public buildings. He has successfully overseen the execution of 240 infrastructure projects in BiH, amounting to a total value exceeding $28 million. These projects were specifically aimed at enhancing EE and RES in public buildings, transitioning from fossil fuels to clean energy sources, implementing solar systems, biomass heating, heat pumps, and natural insulation. Moreover, he has previously demonstrated successful collaboration and work experience in the Balkan region for UNDP, GIZ, WB, EBRD, RCC.
