Ion Muntean works as a Director of Energy Efficiency Agency of Moldova and teaches at Power Engineering Faculty of the Technical University of Moldova. He holds a doctorate in energy management and is a certified European Energy Manager by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry from Potsdam. He also has completed numerous professional international trainings in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy. During more than 14 years, he worked as an expert in the energy field within numerous national and international projects implemented by various financing and development institutions.
